Dust 01:58
The little rocks of Bradbourne street are starting out, are strays to meet I hooked up with my brother’s gang I’m staying out, long as I can It’s strange the past - all written in a quality of light I don’t remember all the details lurking somewhere out of sight The sunlight breaks right through the mist as if it were ordained by who or what I just don’t know but things will never be the same The valley’s like a waking dream, the mist is caught in light I watch my brother and my father disappear into the white Your ashes spin on vapour trails, I didn’t pass the test doing lines on the way home to make things feel like they meant less I want some saccharine emotion, I’m so breathless and cut open But soon everything will change because everything, yeah everything must change

We walked out to the water’s edge and we listened for a sound we watched the weather rolling in and the walls came falling down then the walls came falling down We turned ourselves to statues when we have waved our red flags round and our words were unredactable, so the statues fell right down the statues fell right down we look into each other’s eyes searching for the light we had sex but then we couldn’t speak we just sank into the night We just sank into the night It didn’t come from the blue, we knew it couldn’t last but when it happened it happened incredibly fast it didn’t come from the blue, we knew it would get dark but then the circuits tripped and things fell apart It didn’t come from the blue we knew it couldn’t last but when the show was over it was over so fast It didn’t come from the blue we knew it would be loud but then the trumpets sounded and the walls came down

Well I don’t know how you feel, but I am close to an edge, I am close to an edge, I am close to an edge And you know how I feel about the death of the real? edging close to the ledge getting close to the edge There’s a ghost in the tech, moving tectonic plates spinning tectonic plates spinning tectonic plates Static charge in my hair, I’ve got my nose in the air And I’m relying on animal animal animal animal How does your animal feel About the death of the real? X2 Well I don’t know about you, but I can’t listen to more anymore to no more anymore anymore Any The instructions seem clear: when the ending feels near take the shock from the few take the shock take it There’s a ghost in the tech pushing us to the edge to the edge to the edge to the edge to the edge Static charge in my hair, I’ve got my nose in the air And I’m relying on animal animal animal animal How does your animal feel About the death of the real? Well I don’t know if you care, but there’s a charge in the air in the air in the air in the air Now see it so clear, gonna be so aware: bite the hand bite the hand bite the hand There’s a ghost in the tech pushing us to the edge to the edge to the edge to the edge to the edge Bite the hand behind the hand behind the hand Just relying on animal animal animal animal How does your animal feel About the death of the real?

Touch 04:29
Hey, what’s that you say? feels like we got born today dark eyes damp skin waiting for another world to begin In this place time bends When you breathe out, I breathe you in Trees grow, roots take, Coiling as a brand new world takes shape No border guards Patrol these paths Drifting to another world Where all the masks come down and we touch Sinking to another world the vines are curling round as we touch Hey, hey, melt the clocks Fingers push down into moss Dark eyes damp skin Reaching for the place I end and you begin Hey, hey, whaddya say? Today won’t feel like yesterday In this place Time bends The gaps between each beat of your heart never end No border guards are on these paths Drifting to another world where all the masks come down and we touch Sinking to another realm the vines are curling round as we touch No more, no more today The words will fall away Just let the picture fade As we touch

Out Of Key 05:25
When all the streets are gone things just carry on True and round and blue It will know what to do Pulling at the wire Starting all the fires digging in the sand I’ve gotta get to heart of something Nothing, understand? Nothing to understand None of it was planned Digging deep into the sand there’s nothing Coming down the wire Lies fanning fires Head into the sand Gonna get to the heart of something Nothing, understand? None of this was planned Dust follows dust Dust follows dust into the End of something This whole world gets down upon its knees Singing: cure me, but if you can’t cure me, Then catch my disease A Wide World falling on its knees Singing out of tune, and out of time How did it slide so far off key? This whole world is down upon its knees singing heal me, but if you can’t heal me, then have my disease The Whole world falling on its knees Singing out of tune, we’re out of time How did we get so far off key? When this town is long gone Some things carry on Just try not to care Cos we will not be there Because we’ll not be there Pulling at the wire Staring into fires digging in the sand I’ve gotta get to heart of something Nothing, understand? Nothing to understand None of it was planned Digging deep into the sand there’s nothing Coming down the wires Life’s panic buyers Head into the sand I’m gonna get to the heart of something Nothing, understand? None of this was planned Dust follows dust Dust follows dust until the End of something This whole world gets down upon its knees Singing: cure me, but if you can’t cure me, Then catch my disease A Wide World falling on its knees Singing out of tune, and out of time How did it slide so far off key? This whole world is down upon its knees singing heal me, but if you can’t heal me, then have my disease The Whole world falling on its knees Singing out of tune, we’re out of time How did we slide so far off key?

Faces forming in windows watch the night fall Sirens and birdsong but mostly there’s no sound at all Planets are spinning in silence away up above Formed out of traces we make ourselves up out of dust And we’re so overwhelmed, by the overwhelming Caught on the camera your face when the program just froze The places you go The places you go Sitting in a tin cans, this town’s like a ghost town and so We watch what we show We watch what we show Yeah we were waiting for something like this to come round Yeah we were praying for something to slow it all down Galaxies forming in silence a way up above Made out of traces and fragments of dust from the stars We’re so overwhelmed by the overwhelming Caught on the camera your face when the program just froze the places that you go are somewhere I know Sitting in ghost towns we haunt our own lives but, you know? We watch what we show We watch what we show And we’re so overwhelmed, when the world keeps turning And so consumed, how the fire is burning And so charged up, when everything is changing When we’re back on the streets, yeah, we’re gonna be amazing…. Sitting in ghost towns we haunt our own lives but, you know? We watch what we show We watch what we show And we’re so overwhelmed, when the world keeps turning And so consumed, how the fire is burning And so charged up, when everything is changing When we’re back on the streets, yeah, we’re gonna be amazing….

Dust 2 03:41
The stream finds the river, the river finds the sea You don’t need to worry: what will be will be Check that old photograph one last time Take my hand ‘cos I’ve got a place in mind There’s no map and baby, there’s no sign The border’s close and I think we’ll get there fine La la da da la da da La la da da la da da Storm storm storm rolling across the land The absentees throwing their bones around La la da da la da da La la da da la da da We watched from a high place after the noise the ghosts waltzed in silence closing their eyes Where we went once the walls were down.
